i have a 6spd with 35s and 410s cant put a finger what one would be best i want a pretty low low range

You want low range get both. Otherwise I would start with 5.13's.

I have both and feel its perfect. Even with the 5:13s on a very steep hill first is not low enough in 4 hi. In 4 low and the 5:13s I have a great range to climb anything....

These 2 posts really summarize it very nicely. For the road the gears will help more, for crawling the TF will help more. If you can afford both, you get the best of both worlds.
