Default 6" Off road technology lift

Has anyone out there heard of off road technologies?
A really good fried of mine owns a shop that installs lifts and they came in wanting to sell lifts to them. They are going to give me a 6" long arm kit at the manufacturers price.
I dont know if I want a 6" lift but for the price I dont know that I can pass it up. They gave me a web sight ortechsuspensions and it seems to look ok.
Just wondering if anyone else has heard about them or used their products before?

2008 Red Unlimited Rubicon (hopefully on order, and still waiting for a build date)

Ive never heard of them. I didnt see the 6 inch actually pictured on their site either, it just talked about it. Hopefully they dont plan on using standard length arms with 6 inch coils. The only thing it doesnt look like they have is trac bars. If you can get it at cost, I would try them out and let us know.....

It looks like they use a rather large rear track bar bracket that bolt to the axle. It may be prone to cause failure to the factory axle bracket if it's not reinforced. Skyhacer lifts had problems with this when they came out for the JK.

i'm certainly no expert....but i would think a 6" lift would take a few more parts. my 3" kit came with more parts than that. i mean....you can lift the jk 6" easily with those parts...but will it be functional or safe?

I saw the picture, my kit is a long arm kit so it has to have alot more parts than that. I have just never heard of them and didn't know if anyone else has either.
If I ever get my Rubicon I will let you know.

You should stick with the big name companies. They design and test these kits on a computer before they even manufacture them. Superlift and Rubicon Express look like they know what they are doing as well as Rancho and Skyjacker. 6 inches sounds excessive as well especially when installed on a 2 door. I always wait a few years before I put a lift on basically waiting to see which one has the least amount of problems. Personally, I'm going to wait for a coilover kit for my Rubicon so it might be a bit of a wait.

Go to the Superlift website and watch their movie about JK lifting. The guys really have some interesting ideas and its nice that their most simple spring kit includes a new longer front track bar and caster bushing/bolts.

I tried to post the picture of the 4" trail HD kit but it wouldnt let me. If you go to the sight it is the last kit listed for the JK. The picture tehy have posted to the thread is just the cheap kit.
