Nicest bumper I have seen yet. Can you easily install the winch AFTER the bumper is in place, or do you need to put the winch in before?
Thx...
If you install the hoop after you put in the winch it is easy to do (4 bolts hold the hoop on). When mine was put on we put the winch in the bumper and bolted on the hoop, then installed it on the jeep. Given how light the bumper is, this was easily doable with two guys. I think this is by far the easiest method (I hate tight spots as I always scrape my knuckles.
You will not be dissapointed with their bumper. I am waiting on their rear bumper as well. Mine should be ready close to the 12th.
Marine.. Awesome Bumper.. Are those holes on the Hoop Guard purely cosmetic or do Lights fit into them (like Hid's or Fogs) ?
lights fit in there.....the only lights that we know of that fit them are the 4" PIAA 510 lights. We have them, just haven't had a chance to install them yet.
$0.25 more than to Southern California. Brutal! If I decide to go with this bumper, I'm gonna ask if they can do anything about that shipping cost. That's about twice as much as anyone else charges to ship a bumper.
Shipping should be less than any steel bumper since they boast lighter weight!! What gives??
