Default ABS & ESP lights on after wheeling?

Oil the Jeep out today for a quick, easy solo trip. Didn't do anything difficult, didn't even air down. After about 40 minutes of highway driving on the way home, both lights just came on when I got off the off ramp and came to a stop. Wtf?!??

I went through this, any chance your front end went a little hard down into a ditch or came down hard off of a rock? Check the wheel alignment. If it's not that it is your steering damper.

Is your steering wheel centered?

I Went and crawled around underneath to see if anything looked out of place. I'm not a mechanic, so I don't exactly know what I'm looking for, but I'm pretty sure this isn't right...

There's wiring in that plastic tube, that was rubbing against the tire and looks like it made it through the wires themselves.

This is at the right rear wheel. What is it? And what do I do?

So im pretty sure its what this guy said if your alignment is ok (steering wheel centered) and your steering damper is ok. I Just went out and checked mine to verify thats what that wire was, that runs parallel to the brake line, so it could be your ABS/ESP wire. Is your TPMS light on also? (I notice you are not running stock so if it's been on or you disabled it then that does not help but thats my other guess)
Good luck
