Just picked up my JKUR last night! Super excited! It has a Rubicon express 3.5 lift (stock ca) and 37 tires.

Flexed it out to measure things out. Shocks are good to go, and so are brake lines front and rear. But I don't like this other line being as taut as it is. What is it? I assume its some kind of Abs/speed sensor line. How do I extend it?

Yes, that is the abs sensor wire. Maybe you can get enough slack by uncliping (seperating) it from the brake line?

I guess you can also splice an extension into it, but that would make me somewhat nervious. Need a wire of similar flexibility, like maybe purchase an oem replacement wire and use it for your spliced extension.

Ok, thanks! I am surprised no body makes an aftermarket extension for this! I know there all kinds of guys flexing way beyond that thing. :-)

Cut all the zip ties off and re run the lines, making sure to pull as much slack as possible...

There's plenty of line there if you run it right... Tho what year is yours... When one of mine broke (non trail related) I got a new one from the dealer and found it was much longer than the one on my 2007

That's what I was told... And now my driver side front one has FAR more slack than the passenger side... It was $13 to replace, might do the other 3
