can anybody tell me how to loosen the accelerator pedal in an auto jk ?


I want to install the sprint booster


providing with pics would be better

The best way to install the sprint booster is to remove the plastic panel below steering wheel, remove the steel plate , loosen the amplifier, and stick your hands in there. You dont have to remove the acellerator. Just unplug the connector and insert the sprint booster. It's kind of tight, but it fits.

I have heard about the sprint booster and been curious. Seems like everybody is satisfied with it. I found it for $300. Anybody know where I can find one cheaper?

 

It does as advertised , it makes the throttle more responsive and it makes the driving more fun but IMO it could worth 100$ or 150$ but not 330$

 

I installed the Sprint Booster three days ago, and couldn't be happier. If you know a contortionist with tiny hands, it will help with the install. Anyway, the price is a bit steep, but I sure smile a lot more when I step on the gas. There are some good threads on reviews and testing by folks much more qualified than me.
