I think your trackbar bracket is ripped loose from the axle. They can be welded, but many dealers refuse. You just might get a new axle.

Regarding the 4.10 question I posted in another thread:

In 2007, you could get the 4.10 four ways:

Buy a Rubicon

Buy an Auto

Option the Tow Package

Get the 4.10's for a $50 option independent of all of the other possibilities.

took some pics of the damage, need a new front axle... As you can see the only body damage is my bumper. I am also concerned with my tire and wheel. Could it be possible something could be off with them?

Sorry to hear that happened looks like you'll probably be getting a new axle from those pics as well as sway bar links.

by the way do Camrys have a thing against the JK. I had a camry decide to commit suicide by rear ending my JK last Sunday.

If wheel took the hti that caused that bracket ripping, the wheel will be damaged. Also make sure they check the hub, brake rotor, and wheel bearing (includes hub). Since it doesn't look like the car got under there and did that damage, any part that transferred the force may be damaged.
