Default ACE Powdercoat Quality

I ordered a set of ACE wide tube fenders a few weeks back and I got to thinking, since I am in chicago, where theres a ton of harsh road salt, I was wondering if the powdercoat will hold up and keep the rust out?
I know ace stuff is good quality I just wanted to ask. Does their powdercoating hold up and not flake off besides trail use?

I ran there flairs for a year on my 2011 and had rust on the underside where the tubes and sheet metal came together. Salt around here comes from the ocean not from a truck, and the Jeep did spend a lot of time st the beach.

My ACE bumper was damaged during shipping, the powercoat had chipped off. I had mine re powdercoated. Ace products seem to hold up

Thanks for the responses. I was thinking because of the road salt that I might want to go over the powdercoat with rustoleum bedliner. Would this be possible or would I have to strip off the powdercoat first?
