Adding 1.75 front spacers what is needed???
Ok im thinking of adding some 1.75 front coil spacers to my stock jk just to gain a little height and get rid of the factory rake. Will my jeep still drive and ride like stock after i add these? When i add these is there anything else i need to do? like recenter the front axle and i'm guessing recenter the steering wheel? Main thing i was wondering is can i add these without buying longer front swaybar links? any info or pics you have of this setup with stock tires would be great! thanks guys
Do you have a aftermarket bumper and winch on front of ur jeep? If not, 1.75 is too much to get rid of rake unless u r putting somethingin the rear too. I would recomend getting a one inch spacer in rear and 1.75 up front. This will get rid of some rake and give you a nice stance with 33s. Or just go 2.5 BB and get 35s. You will not need extended sway bar links with only 1.75 up front but they would be nice to have. I would get some brake relocation brackets with 1.75 though. Everyhting else will be fine although u will have less flex if you dont upgrades shocks. The easiest solution without doing anything would be to put a 1 inch spacer up front and call it a day.
The TF "Leveling Kit" puts two inches (two one inch spacers each) on the front and one inch spacer on the rear. The result is a noticeably more aggressive stance. The standard shocks and springs work fine. The front is supplied with longer sway bar rods. My steering wheels is still centered and driving is normal though I will take it in for an alignment to just make sure all is well.
I would think if just leveling the Jeep without any lift then a one inch spacer up front is all that would be needed. If I were you, just purchase the TF Leveling Kit, it has the needed parts and is very cost effective.
When I purchase new shocks I will get a longer set but these are still good so I could not toss them, sorry, I pinch pennies for some reason, might be my keeper.

Thanks for the info guys. So here's the deal i got my jeep back in december and immediately went out and got some new pro comp wheels and some 33 12.50 17 dick cepek mud countrys. Then i decided to get the OME HD coil springs, some longer skyjacker hydro shocks, TF rear trackbar bracker and longer rear swayber links. I even went and picked up some 35s for it the other day. i took the 33s off the off the other day to sell them and put the stocks back on. Took it on a roadtrip yeaterday and i loved it! No more loud roadnoise, rough ride no shifting up and down, and i got 22.4 mpg! So now im thinkin im just gonna sell the OME lift the 33s and the 35s and stick with 32s and a spacer lift. So i was looking and i can get the 1.75 front spacers and the .75 rear spacers cheaper than the TF leveling kit. I could use the longer rear swaybar links i have for the back and move the rears to the front but they might be to long. i like the TF leveling kit look and might still consider it. What do you guys think? thanks again

I have an '08 Unlimited, I put Rubicon Express 1 3/4'' front pucks on top of my front springs. I removed the stock 1/4'' spring isolators for a total lift of 1 1/2'', which leveled the rig out. No shock change, no sway bar link change, no steering wheel adjustment. Under 2'' affects NOTHING.....add a set of 1 1/2'' wheel spacers and you will see quite a difference in handling.
