Default Adding a 2" receiver to the front of the JK.. ?

Considering a Hitch mounted Cargo Carrier that mounts up to standard 2" hitch.

But I am thinking it might be more useful to have it out front instead of being encumbered by the spare and rear gate.

How would I add a Class III Receiver to the front of the JK?

Got one on mine for the exact same reason. Works great & can be installed in about an hour.
