Default adding to my lift

i have a 3in. basic bds kit on my 2rd. and i think it has shrunk a bit. ha. so my question is how big of spacers would i be able to add without needing adj. arms etc.

Well, that depends. If you lost about an inch of height, you can install a set of 1" coil spacers and be done with it. That'll bring you back up to 3". Anything more and you're gonna want to start addressing your other components such as track bars, control arms, drive shafts, etc.
