Default adj. Sway Bar Link question..

Do I HAVE to change the front and rear sway bar link for a lift of ±3" ?

Can't find a clear answer with a "search"..

Is it dangerous or something to leave the oem sway bar links ?

Lifted, with stock links, your swaybars will be angled down. When flexed (or on a lift at the shop, as some have posted), the swaybar might flip around backwards. This turns the links into pretzels and can damage whatever else they contact.

I have seen maybe a dozen threads with this happening, and I think they were mostly rubicons with the electric disco's and stock links.

Rear links are cheap, grab a set and move your stock rears up front - just in case...

at the very least, you can get new rear link and then install the factory rears up front.
