Teraflex disconnects are DEFINATELY better than Skyjacker's. As far as the track bar bracket goes, you can always add one later if you decide you need one. Your axles will be a little offset, but they may not effect the driveability of the Jeep. If you do need them, I would put an adjustable bar on the front with no bracket, then use a frame mounted drop bracket from the rear. Stay away from the axle mounted brackets if at all possible. I haven't heard of anyone using a frame mounted bracket having any breakage issues. Good luck.

After reading pages and pages of threads, would it be a good idea to get both front and rear track bars now and have them installed with the kit?
I've read and have seen pic.s about the axles shifting slightly with the lift.

My next question is should I go ahead and get the quick disconects installed also?

I'm looking at TeraFlex track bars
Which are better, TeraFlex quick disconects or SkyJacker's?

Thanks in advance
I'm doing the same 2.5"bb and am looking into spending the extra on the teraflex adj track. I am concerned that I would have to pay for another alignment if I find out after the install that I needed a front adjustable track. Could that be the case?

Why pay for an alignment. All you can change is the toe. Do it yourself if it is out. Takes maybe 10 minutes.

Default Compensate for after-market bumpers and other add-ons!

In my opinion it's better to plan ahead and get a little more lift!

If you have plans to mount an off-road bumper in the future (plus winch), you'll loose about 1"- 1.5" of height. That 2.5-inch lift you installed today may end up a 1" lift after an ad-ons later on.

In my case... I know already how many inches I lost after mounting my front and rear Mopar bumpers plus winch. I lost 1.5 in the front and 1" in the back. I plan on a 3" lift with 3/4 spacer in the front in order to achieve a 2" lift so I can make room for 33" tires.

P.S. And I might as well do the track-bars while I'm under the Jeep anyway!

I'm running the Teraflex 2.5 BB with stock bars and zero problems. In fact, when I installed it I didn't even have to center the steering. This did surprise me - fully expected a quarter turn off center on steering, but it was and remains dead straight. I personally will not use relocation brackets regardless of manufacture (nth degree is only possible exception). For now, stock bars and stock arms are good-to-go. The factory front swaybar links are too short and need to be replaced. If you don't have a Rubicon the Teraflex disconnects look really good to me. On a rubi all you need is a set of stock rear links to replace the fronts.
