Default Adjustable ball joint!

Chaps,

Have you seen the solution for the adjustable ball joints for a D30/D44 front axle? ... The question is anyone tried to fit these on the JK D30 or D44 axles?

This will basically give you 3.5 degrees of caster / camber (if you change both upper and lower joints)! I used them on my TJ, but the
question does it fit a JK?

Nice find. I had been looking at the markings on the lower ball joint earlier this week wondering if it could be installed in a different direction. Maybe someone will chime in with some more insight on this.

But I doubt that this will cure the whole thing, on the front we need 4.8 degrees of positive caster and with these (as I could get from the TJ 3.8 of + or - caster also camber.

However if I get them to fit the JK and can get 3.8 degrees that's almost 85% close to the OE values which is not bad at all for this price :toung:

Yeah, but at least then you have the adjustable arms for more articulation as well. I think you would be better off buying a set of either upper arms or lower arms for between $220-$280. Then you would be able to correct the castor AND gain articulation. For $300 I wouldn't even consider it unless I was already replacing the stock peices due to wear or failure.
