Default adjustable ball joint

I need one because my camber is out 0.4 degrees. The only problem is that I go offroading about every month. Is it worth getting or am I going to have to get an alingment everytime and deal with tire wear. I can get one that only has 0.5 or 1.0 degrees of adjustment.

My gussets should be in any day so should I get one? I talked to a shop and they said to get the one that is pre-set at 0.5 degrees.
