can i run them with stock drive line. i need to push my rear tires back a half inch

yes, you certainly can but 1/2" sounds like a lot. how much lift do you have and is it safe to assume you have a 2-door?

4 inch lift

okay, with 4" of lift, i would recommend setting your lower arms to 20" eye to eye. that'll make them 3/8" longer than stock. even at this length, your coils will bow quite a bit and the passenger side may make contact with your track bar and/or, if you have a track bar relocation bracket on the axle, it may rub on it on the driver side.
