Default Adjustable Trackbar and Control Arms question

Was thinking about these upgrades soon and had a noob question. Do I have to remove the trackbar and control arms to adjust them, or just lift the Jeep off the ground? Also for the control arms, I wanted to go long to prepare for future upgrades. Would these Currie ones do the job? Currie JK Rock Jock Adjustable Control Arms -Complete Set of 8 inch (9807CA)

unless the track bar and control arms specifically advertise they can be adjusted without being removed from the vehicle then they will have to be removed... thats a pretty big selling point. i think the only ones ive ever seen that can be adjusted on the vehicle are evo's extreme long arm kit, not that there are not some others out there.

It's good to loosen the suspension whenever you add a new item to it to allow the suspension to keep from binding

EVO: Suspension / Steering, EVO MFG(4) Extreme High Clearance Long Arm Upgrade Kit

Is this the one you're talking about? It says for use on EVOlever, and I was leaning more towards the bolt-on in the future. Does this setup work for the rear bolt-on? I have a trip to Afghanistan coming up next year, so I got a lot of time to save of some money. Thanks for the input.
