Default Adjusting caster affects toe?

From looking at it I dont think that it does because the tie rod runs between the knuckles and nothing else. It also rotates with the knuckles. But does adjusting the caster on a JK affect the toe settings at all? I understand that it may affect the steering wheel alignment but I am just specifically wondering about toe settings.

The little amount of caster you would be dialing in probably won't do much to the toe.
If you take it to extremes, rotating the axle for a large change in caster will change the apparent toe.

When I installed the new control arms I adjusted my toe twice because I didn't adjust my caster right the first time. Think I was 2 degrees off

Yes. Toe is the last thing to check/adjust.

I adjusted some more caster in and it definitely messed with the toe. Although not much but I need to adjust it.

Oh lord I can't believe the difference in drivability that adjusting the caster provides. It's night and day.

What is your final alignment between the front pinion and the front drive shaft?

I caster corrected the front axle. I put 11 degrees of separation between them. I don't know either right now. All I know is that when i put it back together and went for an alignment I had 2 degrees of caster. It drove ok but I thought it could be better. I adjusted my uppers a bit to pull some caster back in and I could tell it was too much. Today I reduced the caster about 1/3 what I put into it yesterday and it feels stock again. I am fairly pleased with it right now. The driveshaft still appears to have good alignment and is pointing roughly 1.5* down from the driveshaft.
