Default adjusting steering stops

Any idea where I can buy washers like the ones pictured in the write-up? I've been to a few hardware stores and all of the washers are thin and too large in diameter.

I'm looking for this type of washer. The one in the photo is compact and thick.

Lock Washer, It will probably take 2 per side.

I did see some lock washers that might work, but I was a little unsure about stacking two lock washers on top of each other...

Your not holding the front end together with these, just keep the splits apart.
I added a few drops of blue loctite for good measure.

True.. On a side note do notice much of a difference in how sharp you can turn?
