Question Advice for my busy weekend?...

I have a stock silver 2008 JK Sahara ... but not for long.

Received yesterday:
2.5" TeraFlex BB w/shocks

Receiving tomorrow:
Mount & Balanced wheel & tire package....
35x12.50-17 Nitto Trail on 17x8 Helo 842 BM +0 offset 5x5 wheels

I think I have a handle on doing the BB myself... but I assume I have other things I need or need to do besides just throwing the new tires on after the BB is done?

Yes, I am heading to the newbie section for starters.... but feel free to slap me with a reality check if needed.

Ugh, I am sooo stoked to get this fun started! Weather should actually accommodate me this weekend!

Thanks for anything!!!

no, that's about all you will need to do. install your kit, tighten everything to torque spec, install new wheels and tires and finally, recenter your steering wheel.

this write-up should help you out:

Really?? That's it??!! Stop adding fuel to my fire/excitement... It can't be that simple for me, it never is. What about all this talk about regearing? ... won't the speedometer need adjustment to account for 35" tires? hmmm...

yeah, that's it, it's really that simple. i think the fastest i've done one of these by myself is about 45 min. as far as regearing goes, you will want to get a superchips, hypertech or aev procal to recalibrate your speedometer. assuming you have 3.73 gears, regearing would be nice but not necesssary.
