Default Advice on wheels

This may be a bad question but does anybody know if the American Racing ATX Mojave Teflon wheels scratch easily? I really like the look and I am told they clean up easily but I always thought Teflon scratched easily.

Just make sure they are aluminum and you're fine. But you're gonna get scratches on the trail anyhow...

Rock vs. Teflon .... Rock will win. Trust me, I have a set of AEV wheels, and I hurt one pretty bad in Moab this year. :(

There is a reason my wife won't let me use metal spoons when I am stirring our teflon pots.

That being said, I love those wheels and was going to get them, but they were on a 3 month backorder.

They will scratch in the rocks, but are great for mud. There is a paint that can be used to cover the scratches. I forget what it was called.
