Default AEV 2 inch lift and ride

I just had the aev lift installed. I chose this kit because it said it woul keep factory ride. But,I noticed the ride being much harsher . Is it my imagination., any suggestions?. Thanks

Interesting feedback. I am interested in the experience as I'm considering the aev 2.5" lift too for the same reasons, factory ride. Did you install the geometry correction brackets? What tires and pressure are you running?

I cannot give any suggestions because this is my first experience with a lift but I recently got the AEV 2.0 BB on my 08 jku and since then have wheeled it a few times and put on about 600 highway miles. I find that both the ride and handling equal to factory. Although I do think i drop a mpg or two.

Big difference, I believe he has a simple BB lift, (nothing wrong with that) while with the 2.5 your will have new springs and shocks etc...

Could be the AEV XT 2.5 rides like a factory Rubicon. The OP is running a Sahara.
