AEV Front Bumper/Fairlead ??'s

AEV Front Bumper/Fairlead ??'s
...with the AEV front bumper I have a couple questions-
* it is already installed on my jeep with a WARN 9.5 Ti and roller fairlead,
I am thinking about swapping out the wunchline for synthetic and wonder how much of a pain it will be and the steps ( tricks ) that might help for it to be easier.
* what type of HAWSE fairlead will work with the bumper? I was thinkning Viking line & Fairlead...
any thoughts would be great

thanks..gave some ideas but those folks have the ARB bumper.
I guess I could just replace the rollers..but like the profile of the Viking 350 series
