Default AEV Front bumper Lights

How I'm super interested in buying an AEV front bumper, they are sexy as hell and seem to have reasonable clearance. With the little brush guard on it, can you fit 8inch rally lights or no?

Most lights should fit. I know I have seen some up to 9" in lens diameter on that bumper, and I have ordered some 8" lights.

The brush guard slants back a good amount as it rises from the bumper, so there is plenty of room for mounting most lights.

I have Lightforce 240's on my AEV, I think they are 9.5" lights.

It will save the grille from the brush, but to have room for lights it needs to have some sweep to it. If it si swept forward like MBRP then you do need to worry about light size since the tube will obstruct the light at a certain point. If you sweep the brush guard back then you can fit any size light in there as long as you have enough room side to side to keep them from contacting (which I think is in the 11" range.
