If I have the Teraflex 4" lift with all adjustable control arms do I need to do step 10 when installing the AEV High Steer Kit?

No just make sure your washer and nut is bigger than the hole for the draglink. I have TF arms and 3" lift

I also did not install the shock mounts that came with it.

So you left your LCA completely alone and replace the nut? Also, you didn't do any cutting around your LCA???
