Default AEV high steer and Quick discos

So i have been struggling for a while on what lift i want and i think i am set on the AEV 3.5 SC kit. I am wondering if anyone has this and has quick discos? Non-Rubicons of coarse.

I hadn’t thought about which of their kits to get until I started looking into sway bar disconnects. I was just going to get the SC kit and call it a day. Well it looks like disconnecting with the high steer kit can be troublesome on the passenger side because of some clearance issue getting to the disco.
So I need help from you guys to understand is being able to disconnect a greater benefit than the high steer kit? I don’t see any other kits that include a high steer kit so I question its importance. I could save a bit by getting the ST kit without the high steer kit. The price difference in the ST and SC kits would also help cover the cost of a new front drive shaft. I was just going to sell the Procal as well and use a Flashpaq so that isn’t even a selling point for me on the SC kit.
Thanks guys.

The highsteer kit is the only way to go with the AEV lift. On road handling is night/ day difference with vs without.

I'm not sure what clearance issue(s) would keep you from disco'ing the front.

pull the links/ rotate the swaybar up and strap it.

Mine is a Rubicon, so I don;t ahve to remove the swaybar end links, but I don;t see how it would be an issue to do this.

off road, disco'ing the front end is much smoother and give you a ton of articulation up front.

There has to be a way for you to have both.

I would call them and ask.

I think I have narrowed my choice down to the EAV SC kit!

You want the high steer kit. I think the reason most other companies don't include it is because of the added cost to the kit. I am going to add a high steer kit to my steering. I also don't see why it would be hard to disconnect the swaybar.

I've got the AEV high steer kit with JKS quick disconnects and I have no trouble disconnecting.
