Default AEV Hood vs TMD Hood

I would like to replace my hood and was wondering what everone thought. AEV seems to be the more popular choice, but the TMD hood is pretty cool as well. AEV is steel while the TMD is a composite plastic of some sort. Thoughts?

Just looked at the TMD. Looks tough as sh&*t. I like both. Tough one. I think I still like the AEV better. The only thing I worry about on the AEV is water dripping through the top vent and what that would do to the engine.

For a cheap alternative you could op for some hood louvers they look raw and something tells me they would let more heat out

It would be nice to see a side by side pic of these hoods, but so far the TMD has my vote, but are they still in business
