Default AEV Pintlers backspacing

I have a set of the jeep branded AEV Pintlers with nitto 35 x 12.5 x 17 and a zone 4" lift. I was haveing the oil changed and the tires rotated and the dealership told me that the tires were hitting the rear sway link when they tried to lift it. whats up? does anyone else have this problem with backspacing?

I thought the backspacing was 4.75 on those wheels, same as mine. I also have the same size tires. Do you have any pictures? Did you replace your rear track bar?

BS is 4.7. I have the same wheels, 315 Duratracs, on a 2.5 TF lift. No rubbing on links. I think you'd have noticed if it were rubbing.
