Default AEV Pro Cal Module Quick Reference Guide---I NEED IT ASAP PLEEEZE!

I lost my quick reference guide and EVERY online link including AEV's site the link is corrupt and won't work. Does anyone have it? If so can you email it to me or scan and email. PLEASE!!

To clarify for anyone scanning it, I need the DIP switch setting for Clear all Codes and Steering wheel centering. THX!

So AEV is a sponsoring vendor? I just wasn't sure, thats why i put the space but cool I do like AEV products
