Default AEV Pro cal and TPMS issues

I did search but could not find a answer.

I have a 2011 JK Rubicon 6sp, I used the pro cal to set my tire size, and everything worked out great. Next i went to turn off my tpms warning light(set to 0), and it made the light go off, but it also made my swaybar light start flashing and my check engine light to come on. So i restored to stock and dissconected the battery to clear the code, tried again with the same result. Does anyone know whats wrong or had this issue before? I have no sensors in my wheels. Also the pro cal would not clear the code, it just made the light flash 8 times then 3 times, so i had to dissconect the battery.

I know you have to do things exactly how the manual says to do it. I had that same problem with the Extended Idle feature. I kept wanting to plug it in before the Jeep was running so it would not work.

After I read the manual you have to have the Jeep running then one click on the E brake then set the dimmer switch to the middle then plug the module in with the correct switches thrown. If you do anything out of order the thing does not work... Figured that out the hard way.
