Check AEV's site to see if they have a dealer near you. The dealership I bought my Jeep is an AEV dealer and I bought mine there with no shipping and had it in my hand that day.

They are all the same price. Get it directly from AEV and eliminate the middle man. I feel if there is a problem I would rather deal with the factory, plus I know I'm getting the latest version.

Ordered my Procal from Northridge4x4 yesterday with free shipping. Even if there is a problem, AEV will still cover it, don't worry about buying direct. I made that mistake being a noob and paid $300 shipping for my bumper from AEV!
