Got my AEV Procal this week, and had an occasion to try out the high idle yesterday while airing up. I set the switches according to the reference card (double and triple checked), and plugged it in while engine was running and e-brake engaged. Nothing happened. It says to use the "overhead light dimmer" on the multifunction stalk to adjust the idle -- which I'm assuming is the thing that sets dash illumination and then ultimately turns on the dome light -- but playing with that also had no effect.

Is this working for everyone else? Am I doing something wrong?

Speedometer re-calibration and check engine clearing work great....

 

Worked for me. Set the e-brake and plugged it in.

If the stalk is on the setting for the interior lights to come on the idle goes back to normal. Once you enter into the threshold of the dimming part, it starts to raise or lower.
