AEV Procal worth it?

AEV Procal worth it?
I put on my 285/75/16 tires on my '07 6speed. I don't have enough money for the Superchip flashpaq. Is the AEv procal worth the money and what have others seen as the benefits of it?

So far I have used mine to turn off TPMS, change Gear ratio to 4.88 and update my tire size when I got 35's ... it was worth it for me ...
Does you speed match what a GPS says ??? If it's only 1 or 2 MPH off then it wouldn't be worth it.

i am not a fan of programers for gas engines. so i bought the procal and have ben very happy with it. works great for what your needing and only runs about a 125 bucks instead of 350. great product at a good price northride will hook you up too with free shipping.
as far as shifting for a six speed it won't due much cause your doing the shifting. if your looking for more power you have gears or a new motor as options or maybe a supper charger but that is launch power and top end for on road more than off road.

you can turn on/off day time running lights...head lights OR fogs (some insurance agencies offer discounts to vehicles with DRL), rev engine for winching, turn off seat belt chime, adjust gear ratios, recenter steering wheel, adjust tire size, turn off TPMS, and some other things that i cant think of.
its worth every penny. being 5-7 mph off will eventually throw your odometer way off, over time.
depending on your state, a TPMS light may cause your jeep to fail inspection.

Call your dealership to see if they will upgrade you for free. (they can program for 32" tires, which will get your speedo closer). If they charge, grab a ProCal. If you want some performance tuning also, save up for a superchips/hyper/diablo.
