If I got beadlocks, they would have been AEV. I like their looks a lot.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.
Too much bling for me.

I went AEV beadlocks. The pintlers are rock magnets, I destroyed my last set. So now, I will just destroy the rock rings. (Hopefully)

I agree. I've rubbed the rings but that's it so far

I wish I had gone beadlocks on my pintlers. I also like the ATX slabs.. another nice choice.

AEV's are just way overpriced for such a plain looking rim in my eyes. Beadlocks definitely enhance the look though... Nice rig mattgt5

I like the look of the Savegre better, but they're heavier. I'd settle for either right now as I still have stock wheels until I save up more pennies.

For the FUNCTIONALITY of the AEV wheels, there is only one wheel that comes close.

It's the mounting style. Hub - centric. Stronger , takes the load and evenly distributes the weight of the vehicle on the hub's boss landing, centers the wheel perfectly and allows the lugs to do their job of clamping. On a Lug-centric wheel the lugs and wheel studs pull double duty as taking the weight evenly AND clamping. When not torqued perfectly the uneven clamping could result in wallowed holes and or shearing.
