no but i filled it up with snow driving to detroit in a snow storm

I had asked this question on the AEV forum... and according to an AEV rep, technically the 2 bolts are intended as a universal mount (if you search the AEV forum on this forum for my similar question you can find the exact bolt thread size). The most common usage of this universal mount happens to be a gps antenna mount.

I have not read of any other uses... maybe a cb antenna mount?

It's GREAT. low price, easy install and works very well. I have been through water that was about 4 inches up from the bottom of my windshield with it and no leaks or water in the stock air box (k&n panel filter)

does the AEV snorkel work with the rugged ridge side mirror relocate brackets and the Delta Skybar?

No, the passenger side rr mirror bracket wont work without modification, I don't know about the skybar

The top threaded holes on the snorkel are for holding a 6 pack cooler.
