Default AEV Snorkle Install

First off...wow what a PAIN IN THE ASS to install this...secondly IT LOOKS AWESOME!
First off...doing the hole-saw was not too big of an issue...using a dremel to do the rest of the cut....took a while...I went through literally 25 grinding disks to get this:

So with that done I figure lets paint...test fit...and uh-oh..since I am running the DAYSTAR hood latches...I need to grind ANOTHER 1/4" off the top of the hood..dammit! I am all out of grinding disks! So I use the sanding tool to sand the metal down...and burn my finger off....wonderful.
Then everything lined up...life was good...I mark the holes for the rivets...get ready to drill the 1/8" holes...get two done and promptly break the drill-bit off in the hood...F M L!!!
Get another bit and finish....loose two rivets...had to use self-tapping screws for two of them....other than that...
voila!

Doesn't look to bad for everything in the world going wrong....

If you use a Dremel, use the Dremel Diamond cutting disc..... All you need is one, and you'll still have it once you are done.

haha.....Okay....not top of my list for priority mods....but when I do get one, I will go first. Plan on doing my long arm 4 inch lift, rear bumper, gears first... Gears will in with the next 1.5 months.
