If the steering wheel is completely centered, it's very possible you may not need the bracket at all. All the bracket is for is to re-center the rear axle. If the front axle is not off center enough to knock the wheel off center, I would imagine the rear axle is also not off center. I would throw down some measurements and see.

RubiRascal - The new kits do come with a trackbar bracket. I must have just received an older kit that did not have one. Teraflex will ship you one for free, so its no big deal.

What should I measure? I'd like to check this out because if I don't have to add a weak point to the vehicle, I'd prefer not to.
