I'm running the cooper st maxx. I love them, not loud, great overland tire.

I vote for the BFG KM2. It has a hum to it but not bad at all.

KM2's get my vote. The noise level is amazing for a M/T tire. I was gonna get a set of Nitto Trail Grapplers (heard they're not noisy either) and they look great but the weight was a good bit more than the KM2's. The BFG's were only $100 more for the set over the Nitto's.
