Default Air Compressor Recommendation

I bought item 66399 from Harbor Freight and it's blown 2 fuses already! It uses a 35 amp fuse which seems to be unavailable at all the auto parts stores. I called HF and they said it will take 6 - 8 weeks to get them in from the manufacturer.

I'm probably going to return this POS.

Can anyone recommend a portable pump?

I have the Smittybilt Dual Cylinder portable air compressor, and I'm very happy with it. Haven't had any problems. Decent price and performs well.

I bought the pancake compressor from Porter Cable from lowes and it is loud but very consistant for doing everything from tires to tools. Size doesn't matter power does ! It was less than 149 bucks

35 amp fuses are rare because at 35 amps the wire becomes the fuse.

VIAIR 90P Portable Air Compressor. It hooks up to the battery. Works great and fast enough filling my 265/75/16's. I looked around for a while and got it through Amazon cheaper than I would have bought it from any store. No sales tax, no shipping charge.
