Air Raid vs. AEM Brute Force?
I just picked my JK up yesterday and i wanted to open this thread back up. I just want to know a few things,,,
1. im coming from a turbo car and the whistle doesnt bother me, i kinda like it. Which has a louder sound??
2. Also the #'s of difference from stock are real far apart...anyone think otherwise?

These were the only two I considered, I didn't find there to be a huge advantage with either after researching it, so I went with the better deal, which was the Airaid. Got it for $225 w/ free throttle body spacer, which I immediately sold for $70 on eBay.
i bought the AEM Brute Force Intake. supposed to come in tomorrow, along with my 2.5 BB
i chose the AEM over AIRAID b/c of the filter. the dry-flow filter wont leave risidual oil/gunk on the throttle body and all attached sensors.
this is what happened to my Honda when AEM sold intakes with filters that needed to be sprayed with oil.

I have the AEM in my JK and the spousal unit has a AFE. Both do what they are supposed to do and sound good doing it.
