kinda looks like the sounddeadening/heat insulation that is under the carpets in most passenger cars...although i could be mistaken. I would guess you can get something like that at a western auto maybe?

pep boys around $20 for 6 feet of the stuff, it is for under carpet use I'm in process of putting on hardtop with carpet over it..have done the two tops already !! using 3m spray adhesive to apply
