kinda looks like the sounddeadening/heat insulation that is under the carpets in most passenger cars...although i could be mistaken. I would guess you can get something like that at a western auto maybe?

pep boys around $20 for 6 feet of the stuff, it is for under carpet use I'm in process of putting on hardtop with carpet over it..have done the two tops already !!
