Default alignment

After searching i still am alittle confused. The general jist is since I do not have adjustable upper or lower control arms or adj track bars, the only thing an alignment will do for me is a) center my steering wheel (which i have already done and its perfectly centered) b) adjust my toe ,but since standard alignment shops will only set to factory specs whats the point? I have 35's so i need to set the toe in an additional 1/8", which I have tried using WOL's writeup on adjusting the toe.

As it stands, my jeep has a very slight pull to the driver's side.

Is getting an alignment really gonna be worth anything or do I just need to try and play with the toe myself some more.

Correct, Toe and Centering the steering wheel are the only things that can be done if you have not added adj suspension parts. Ours pulled to the right after the lift went on. I slightly lengthened the passengerside control arms and it drives straight now. Im not an alignment expert, so I have no idea if that would help you, but thats what fixed mine. I would take some wheel base measurements, maybe you bent one of your stock control arms.

I was told today that adjustable control arms wouldn't take the "pull" out of it and the only way to adjust a Jeep that is pulling is with adjustable ball-joints??? Is this true and has anyone ever installed them?

I think it really depends what is causing the pull. If a bent C or axle tube is causing it, then adj Balljoints would be the answer. On ours it was control arm adjustment. Everyone's pull issue could be caused by something unique to their situation, so there really will not be a cure-all fix. It comes down to understanding what is causing the issue and then applying the proper fix to correct it. Thats why online troubleshooting is very difficult to do.
