That looks fine to me. How does it drive? There camber isn't off to bad, and there's nothing you can do about it anyway. It may be possible to adjust the rear control arms to make the rear toe a bit more even, but honestly if you can feel a tenth of a degree difference on a jeep with 37's, I would tell you to go and race nascar.

Other than the front toe (out by .02 not worth worrying about) and camber which you can't adjust looks good.

The alignment specs look good, so based on that I will say your tires will wear very well. How bad of a vibration are you experiencing? Does it get worse when you turn harder? Have you checked your front u joints? Ball joints, tie rod ends, and wheel bearings should have been checked before the alignment. I would look at some of these items to make sure there good. A near perfect alignment will not cause a vibration when you turn slightly.

i only really get it when i am turning hard, and at a speed like 35mph plus. everything is good and brand new. u joints are new and tire rods are all new. how do i tell if a wheel bearing is going bad? my jeep has 50k miles on it. its just a major annoyance cuz i cant find whats wrong.

Is it a bad vibration or a slight vibration along with an audible hum? To check your wheel bearings jack up the axle so the tires are off the ground. Grab each tire at the 12 and 6 o clock position's and feel for and movement. It should be completely tight. You can also spin the tire by hand and listen for a faint humming.

I'd say wheel bearing. Give them a check.
