Angry Alignment issues after TeraFlex Leveling Kit Install

I took my 13 JKU to the alignment shop today and they claimed they could only fix the front Toe (see attached pic) due to the lift. That left the front Caster and rear Toe way off. Does anyone have any ideas what would prevent them from being able to align my JKU? All I did was install the TeraFlex leveling kit (2 in front, 1 in rear).

The lift causes both axles to rotate, which raises both pinions. Up front, this automatically causes the caster to go down. As the height goes up, the caster keeps going down, causing progressively flightier steering.

To raise the caster, your options are:
Cam bolts
Control arm Brackets
Longer/shorter Fixed Control Arms (upper or lower, or both if you want to spend the money)
Adjustable Control arms (upper/lower or both)
Aftermarket caster-corrected front axle housing
Chopping up the axle and rewelding at better angles
(And I think I read that adjustable ball joints may be able to change caster?)

Before jumping on the cheapest option (cam bolts) do a little reading in the thousands of other Caster or Alignment threads for opinions.

There is a DIY alignment writeup - in the Index in the Writeups area:

On any Jeep, unless it has adjustable control arms added there isn't any adjustment available other than toe, really.
After the toe adjustment how does it drive? I drove mine like that for a year, no problems.

The numbers on your alignment sheet look pretty normal as far as how your jeep is setup. i.e castor, toe. Exception would be left rear toe , that is obviously
Way out . My thoughts on that would be bent axle housing which is not uncommon from factory, or bent axle shaft flange. Do you have any abnormal tire in the rear ?

No reason to do any adjustments unless you added adjustable control arms. Don't waste your money bringing it to a shop.
