Default Alignment for lifted jeep

Having recently installed a Clayton 3.5” lift, which is a complete kit with 8 fully adjustable arms, springs, shocks, brake lines, bumpstops, front and rear (optional) adjustable trackbars, front quick disconnect links and rear adjustable links, I have one nice looking JEEP.

I was told by the installer that they way the 07’s are setup; they really don’t need an alignment and only need steering wheel re-centering which was done. But driving down the road on the highways I feel from time to time the steering wheel giving me slight feedback that I never experienced before the lift. This is on relatively smooth highways.

I was told by the installer that the TOE could be increased to help things and a beefier steering stabilizer couldn’t hurt.

So my questions are, if I go for an alignment:

1. Will it cost more since I have 8 fully adjustable arms?
2. Are the 8 adjustable arms part of the alignment process?
3. Does someone experienced with lifted jeeps \ lift kits need to do the alignment since it’s a modified jeep?
4. When does those 8 arms need adjusting?

Thanks in advance for your help!

So after reading all that, an alignment sounds like a good idea to fix my issue. But again, if I ask for an alignment, will all of these adjustments be checked?

It sounds like a Front Wheel alignment will check the Steering Wheel center, Toe, Camber, Caster, but what about the Centering of the Front Axle by adjusting the TrackBars?

Also what about getting a 4 wheel alignment where all the things up front are also checked for the rear?

Thanks...

Ask around and try to find a reputable shop. Then talk with them directly. That's the only way you'll know for sure.
