Default Alignment or Not?

Have a question for all of you lift pro's. I'm still pretty green to this Jeep stuff, but love every minute of it. I have installed a Teraflex 2.5" Budget Lift on my 09 4Dr X. Should I have the Jeep alignment checked? I bought the Pucks on the forum and didn't have directions. Any help would be great. Also, do I need an adjustable rear trackbar bracket?

Thanks in advance...

Paul

Adj trackbar -or- a trackbar bracket. (not an adj bracket )

Need? No. Want? Probably.

For the alignment, pretty much a waste of money until you get some adjustables on there.
Caster can't be adjusted with stock arms.
Axles can't be centered with stock trackbars.
Camber is not adjustable unless you go to adj balljoints.

Toe-In can be adjusted, but you can do it yourself if needed. (more than likely, not needed).
Centering the steering wheel takes a wrench and about 2 minutes.

Go down to the Write-ups area. Stickied at the top is an index. There is a great DIY alignment writeup in the Troubleshooting and Steering sections.

As said, not much to align on your Jeep. Here's some helpful information--only the toe in and steering wheel centering apply to you right now.

listen to these guys as they are right. with the amount of lift you're looking to install and with the components you have and won't have, there really isn't a whole lot that an alignment shop can do for you except take your money. anything that can be done, you can do yourself, with ease and for free.
