Default Alignment shop???

So, I have adjustable track arms front and rear now. For some reason, I can't seem to get my axles centered.

For one: It's damn near impossible finding a flat place to park on.

And two: I can't seem to find a point on the frame to measure off of. The tire is too tall to use a regular tape measure, and in the front, the only thing you can seemingly measure off of is the top spring mount (which doesn't seem right to use).

So will an alignment shop be able to center my axles for me? If so, how much would it cost me???

Or am I plain old SOL???

Sure, a "good" alignment shop can center your axle with a thrust angle alignment. Most shops tout thrust angle and don't even know what it is. By comparing the thrust angle (which is the actual rear axle installed angle) instead of the Jeep center line, the shop will be able to properly adjust the axles to center. You just need to find a good shop. That's the key.

Your thrust angle can be good to go, but the body of your jeep not perfectly leveled on top of the two axles, at least that is what happened with my alignment. My thrust angle was perfect, the body was not centered on top of the axles.

Right... But I live in a very hilly area... It's tough to find a truly flat piece of area where I can sprawl out and get to working on...

Which is why I was wondering if an alignment shop would offer this as part of their alignment services....

Sox suck just as much as the Gaytors

Expect to pay a pretty penny for not much. I would try to find a level spot.... it is real easy to center the axles

Nope... I'm right outside of Boston. I've driven around trying to find a good level spot, but they're really tricky to find!
