Is this a suitable way to check the toe accurately

That would be checking camber. However, that's not the complete way to check camber.
You also need to know the angle of the axle compared to horizontal. Additionally, the level should be on the wheel, not the tire.

Toe is measuring how much the tires are pointed inward at the front.

Looks like you are checking camber? Toe is the front of the tires being closer together (or farther apart) than the back of the tires.

No idea if your pics are actually a reliable way to check it. Do you think the C's are bent?

Yes my bad yes the camber!! I resently put a 2.5 budget boost lift on it!! Just wanted to make sure my camber and toes were still ok!!

Camber won't change just because you lifted it. Only reason it would change would be something bent, or maybe ball joints are worn out. Toe shouldn't change either, only the drag link adjustment.
It's not a bad idea to get it to an alignment shop to see where you're are exactly, but unless you added adjustable arms, only the toe can be adjusted anyway, and a tape measure is all you really need for that.

Thanks. I only lifted! i didnt change anything nor bend anything. I already adjusted my steeling wheel back to center. Thanks for the info

Yep, if you re centered your wheel than that is all you have to do.
