Default Alittle more height? Suggestions?

So I currently have the 4" RC X-Series lift, I like the lift alot, haven't had any problems with it thus far (minus the shocks squeak when hitting any type of bumps, but i'll be replacing them with Bilstein 5100's soon), but to me it just seems lacking a little height for my personal taste. I was wondering what would be a better route, coil spacers or just looking into getting different coils? If you suggest either of the two (coils or coil spacers) what coils/coil spacers would you suggest? I guess i'm just looking for about another inch or so of height, nothing extreme like a 6" where i'll have to change out a ton of components..

Keep in mind: I know i'll be needing to replace my front driveshaft soon and I am looking forward to installing one, but I would like to lift it alittle more but avoid replacing my rear DS at the moment if thats possible. Thanks all.

Side observation: I hear the Teraflex 4" coils ride at about 5", so when they settle in, would that leave about 4.5 inches of lift? Just wondering.

(Done ranting)

a body lift could be a cost effective option 4 what your looking 4. though this does come with its own pros and cones.
it will mean that your will keep your center of gravity relatively low, not have to mess with suspension geometry and ds (no throwing away perfectly good lift pieces). it will also mean that just the body is lifted and you will have to deal with the dreaded GAP between the body and frame.

Yea, i've seen the body lifts and I agree with what you are saying, but also like you said, I just can't get past that gap between the body and frame, I just can't see going that route (I should have noted that in my OP), reguardless, I appreciate the suggestion none the less!

There teraflex coils net 5.25" on a four door trust me I have it and it raises the Hell out of it. It selles in anywhere from 4.5 - 5" depending on your mods and armor of course. If I were you I'd just throw a body lift on it (the gap isn't that bad) or some 1" coil spacers and get that extra height.

Any particular company that either of you would suggest for a BL or coil spacers or are their quality all just pretty generic when it comes to these types of parts?

With coil spacers or bl doesn't really matter. But there are ways to cover the gap between the body and frame with a bl. Anymore suspension lift you will definitely need a new rear ds real soon.

Ah, I was afraid of that, guess I'll have to do alittle more saving before I can tackle this one. I appreciate everyones input for sure! Thanks all, you've been helpful!

I've heard the same. I do plan on running 37's once my 35's have had it. Im no expert on springs by any means, but I haven't had the lift on for very long (maybe 2 or 3 months), when I first got my Jeep back from having my lift installed, it seemed to be riding higher than it is now. I don't have any aftermarket bumpers or armor on yet, so I figured coils took alittle less than a year or so to settle in before they started to show any sign of sagging. I could be wrong, maybe they aren't sagging and i'm just getting use to the height, but I'd definately like to get that extra inch or so back.

I agree I would go with the body lift option. Its most likely going to be the cheapest and easiest
