I was wondering what kind of mileage to expect out of a set of 35x12.50 17's.

Mileage as in gas or tire wear? I've got same size with approx 34K and will get another 20K out of them with steady wheeling. As for gas mileage, I get about 15 mpg with my setup...

I was wondering about tread life. I'm not worried about gas LOL. A full-size pickup with lift and this size tires would get very close to single digits and be far less capable off road.

Now that you mention it the title does seem a bit misleading, I apologize for and alarm I may have caused.

Awesome! Sounds better that most in the wear department. How are their road manners/off-road capabilities?

tire milage is about 30% less than original km. I will get 40 000miles on 37`s compared to 60000+ on 35`s old km`s. Don`t know why.

I think you could expect to get 50K out of a set. If you stay on the street you get more than other that spin them on a rock. Then you get out to take a look and you see 1000 miles of rubber in a nice little pile at the bottom of the rock.
